Career Passport is not a candidate directory. An employer arrives with a name or PAN and checks that one record.

The public profile shows the career summary. Completed checks stay masked until they are unlocked. Viewing the passport does not require a login.
A subscription includes a set number of unlocks and a highest passport level. Opening a completed passport uses one unlock, and that passport stays open until the subscription ends. The certificate and the proof zip are included.
Salary, references and tax documents that are not finished show a request, with the credits that check needs. A request starts the verification. It does not pretend the proof is already on the record.
